1. Jim Carroll

Jim Carroll is a Marquette University graduate and served in the United States Marine Corps. Jim Carroll has been licensed to sell health and life insurance since 1965. His career has included designing PPO networks, marketing healthcare to large associations across the country, working with international partners in developing various health programs, all the way to his current specialty of group and individual health and life insurance to people in Tennessee.

His career started in Chicago where he worked at CNA. After developing a reputation for excellence and outstanding sales performance, he was recruited by Corroon and Black (now Willis) in Nashville to be their VP of Sales and Marketing to Associations. After a successful carreer there, he ventured out on his own and started CHA.

As owner and president of CHA, Jim Carroll has secured endorsements, developed close affiliations with the top A rated health, life, disability, and long term care providers in the marketplace today. The relationships that he has built with insurance carriers and partners in the insurance arena have proven to be one of the keys to his success in the insurance business to date.

The other key to Jim’s success is the emphasis he provides on customer service. Jim provides a level of knowledge and expertise that is simply not available in the market today. 2. Julie Carroll

Julie Carroll attended Marquette University and completed the Management and Human Relations program at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.

She has been licensed to sell health and life insurance in the state of Tennessee since 1992 and is Medicare and Long Term Care credentialed. She currently holds appointments with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, Humana and various life insurance carriers.

Julie is licensed to sell property and casualty in Tennessee and is actively pursuing business opportunities in this area.

Julie worked for Consumer Health Association from 1990-1997. She expanded her knowledge base by working in technology sales for the next 7 years during the dotcom era. She returned to Consumer Health Association in the role of account executive after the technology sector leveled out maintaining her health and life license during this time.

The current responsibilities that Julie holds include acquiring new business, service and retention of existing business, individual life, long term care, and Medicare Advantage sales. Continuing professional education and keeping clients informed is an essential part of day to day activities.
